The Snow Saddle - is another beautiful mountain which rises majestically to a saddle shaped summit from Khumbu and Hinku valley and sits next to another prominent mountain Kangtega to the south. Thamserku's best view is from above Phortse, but most impressive from Minmo Valley . Minmo Valley is nearly never entered by trekkers or climbers.

Day 01: Upon arrival to Kathmandu airport, transfer to hotel, rest of time free leisure. overnight Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu city sightseeing overnight at Hotel.
Day 03: Preparation for Expedition & briefing in Ministry of Tourism.
Day 04: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2640m) Teahouse Lodge or Tenetd Camp
Day 05: Phakding – Namche Bazar (3446m). Teahouse Lodge or Tented Camp
Day 06: Namche (3446m) Acclimatization. Teahouse Lodge or Tented Camp
Day 07: Namche – Phuguthanga. Tented Camp
Day 08: Phuguthanga – Thamserku. Tented Camp
Day 09-26 Climbing Period for Thamserku 6,608m. Tented Camp
Day 27: Thamserku Base camp - Khumjung. Teahouse Lodge or Tented Camp
Day 28: Khumjung – Phakding. Teahouse Lodge or Tented Camp
Day 29: Phakding – Lukla and transfer to Tea-house Lodge.
Day 30: Lukla – Kathmandu by flight, upon arrival Kathmandu transfer to hotel rest of time free leisure, overnight at Hotel.
Day 31: Free leisure day/shopping at Kathmandu evening farewell
dinner overnight at Hotel.
Day 32: Final departure, Transfer to airport flight onward. |
